All Australian Neuroglydex orders are dispatched from our Sydney facility.

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM (Sydney time) are dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

  • All orders are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment.

  • We ship via Australia Post, selecting the most suitable service based on your location and order size.

You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

United States Shipping

All USA Neuroglydex orders are dispatched from our Los Angeles distribution center.

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment (excluding weekends and US public holidays).

  • Shipping is completed via USPS or UPS, depending on the most economical and efficient option at the time of dispatch.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Tracking information will be provided once your parcel is on its way.

🌍 International Shipping

Neuroglydex ships internationally to select countries from Sydney Australia.

  • International orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of cleared payment.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs procedures.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery timelines once parcels enter international postal systems.
